Volunteers are not expected to take charge of emergency situations, although your help is appreciated!
Always know where medical help is located or who the first aid trained staff members are.
If you see a suspicious object or package, do not approach it and notify a staff member.

  1. If you see someone performing a task that appears unsafe for a single person, such as carrying a large object or heavy weight, give them a hand if you can.
  2. If you see someone doing something that is hazardous or has the potential for injury, stop them and inform a staff member about the danger.
